Acknowledgments

In my years of research, I have run across messages, sayings and even quotes that are so similar there may be several sources for the same concept. To give credit to one source for the knowing we all have access to would be doing a disservice to all the other great minds who have influenced our growth and understanding. Any event, technique or direct quote will be acknowledged as I share it.

– The Biology of Belief

Dr. Bruce Lipton does an amazing job of explaining our biology and our beliefs and how they create our reality in his book “The Biology of Belief.” He shows us the molecular connection to how a cell reacts to a belief. He proves that our genes do not completely control our biology. Cells react to their perception of the environment. In humans our cells are inside so they cannot see the environment. As a result, our cells depend on our brain to send signals. But, how does our brain get the information about our environment? Our brain depends on our senses. We use our senses to interpret our environment and create a perception. Our perceptions create our beliefs and then our cells react.

Some of us are interested in the mechanics of it all, and some of us just like to know it works and work it. I like to use the analogy of our cell phones. It cracks me up that millions of us use our cell phones and we just accept that it works. Very few of us want to know how our voice becomes a vibration that jumps on some microwaves and shoot across the universe and viola you are talking to someone on the other side of the world. They don’t seem to think it is voo-doo or magic.

← Back To Chapters

Why is it, then, that when you explain what happens within your own body or a simple exchange between people who are standing within feet of each other, some how seems like it is not real or its “hippie voo doo stuff,” (as my teenagers like to call it)? A hundred years ago people would have thought that it was magic to talk on a small plastic device and actually reach another human being. Now if we can step out of our box for a minute, lets think about what might be seen as magic to us now that will easily be explained as science later.

So, to sum it up. What happens in your body depends on how you look at (perception) the world. I heard a story about two brothers who were very different. One brother was extremely successful and the other was homeless and a hot mess. They interviewed the two brothers to see what was it in their lives that made the difference. When they asked the homeless brother why he felt he ended up the way he did he answered that his father was a violent drunk, he was mean and never supported him in any way. He never could get his feet off the ground and everything ended up a mess. They then asked the successful brother the same question. He answered by saying his father was a violent drunk. He went on to say that he was mean and never supported him in anyway. He had to get his own feet off the ground, which made him independent, reliable and he knew he

← Back To Chapters

had to work hard to make sure he would never end up that way. Same situation, different perception, creates different outcomes. This is why I say, “If you can change your perception, you can change your life.” Everyone is born knowing they are worthy. What makes us throw our greatness away? Everyone is different, which is why there is no one formula for getting it back. The only way for you to reclaim your greatness is to self-reflect and work on your perceptions, which create your vibrations, which tell your cells what to do. Check out the section on vibrations to learn more about how you tic on a molecular level.

Vibrations

Nikola Tesla said it. Albert Einstein agreed. And science proved it. Everything—including our own bodies—is made up of energy vibrating at different frequencies. If you remember back to middle school science when they taught you how atoms work, you would probably only remember that protons, neutrons and electrons make up an atom and things move around and its mostly space – or something like that. As science progressed we found even smaller units called quarks and that electrons are actually waves and instead of empty space, per say, it’s more like a cloud.

So how or why does this make any difference to us? Well, frequencies affect frequencies. Have you ever walked into a room and just knew something heavy had recently (or is happening now) gone down? Have you ever just met someone but immediately felt they are not to be trusted? Or perhaps the opposite, when you meet a person and for some reason you feel comfortable and calm around them. Electrical fields have been measured on the skin’s surface for years. These electrical fields are generated by the activity of cells. If there is an electrical current, then, as the laws of physics demand, there is always a corresponding magnetic field in the surrounding area. This is called the bio-magnetic field.

← Back To Chapters

We can now measure the bio-magnetic field to be about an arm’s width long, and it extends around your entire body. So, when you are standing in line at the grocery store or in any crowded place you are in direct contact with other people’s fields. Their moods and energetic energy can directly affect us.

As far back as the 1920’s and 1930’s researchers, such as Harold Saxon Burr from Yale University of Medicine, have been reporting their theories on energy fields. Their research supports the concepts that diseases can be detected and prevented if we pay attention to our energy fields. By altering our bio-magnetic field, we can heal before any symptoms even appear in the physical body. Part of the problem with this is that if the symptom never appears, then there’s no proof that it was ever a threat.

We can actually go back even farther to ancient scriptures. Dr. Gregg Braden has devoted a great deal of his life studying remote monasteries to rediscover forgotten texts and to witness healing first hand. If you are interested in this topic he is a great one to look up.

If energy frequencies affect us, then what about sound frequencies? My father is an audiologist and as a child I remember playing with his tuning forks. He used them to assess

...continued on page 11

← Back To Chapters

a patient’s hearing. Today it has become well accepted and researched that tuning forks can do more than assess a patient’s hearing. Dr. John Beaulieu, ND, PhD currently oversees molecular research on sound and healing of tuning forks and conducts workshops that cover the history of sound healing, the study of wave phenomena, sound and molecular science, sonic anatomy, voice and movement analysis and sound as superconscious psychotherapy. Research supports the benefits of tuning forks to uncover and balance emotion, reduce inflammation, balance your nervous system, improve overall physical health, relieves pain and stress, induces relaxation and can transform/facilitate inner harmony.

Another cool way frequencies affect the physical world can be seen in the science of Cymatics. This term was coined by the Swiss scientist D. Hans Jenny in the 1960’s. It’s a way to actually see sound by looking at the wave patterns in water. You can also use sand, powder, paste or even air. As the sounds send vibrations we can see how it affects matter.

Since the human body is estimated to be about 70% water and we are all vibrating our own certain frequencies, it could be expected that music would affect our vibrational states. But what is the frequency of music? The American Federation of Musicians accepted 440 Hz as standard pitch in 1917.

← Back To Chapters

Frequencies that are mathematically consistent with nature are said to be harmonious. By vibrating with the universe’s golden mean PHI it is said to unify the properties of the universe and human consciousness. When studying the vibrational nature of the universe concerns are arising that 440 Hz in music could actually cause disharmony in the consciousness of human beings. There have even been rumors that it was set that way as a military tactic.

So, how do we know where we are personally vibrating at any given time? This will take us to the next section on emotions. Emotions are our indicators, telling us where we are vibrating at any given time.

← Back To Chapters

The Emotional Scale

Emotions are defined as instinctive or natural states of mind. Your emotions can be altered by your circumstances, mood or relationships with others. But, what if they were much more than that?

Author Bradely Nelson who wrote “The Emotion Code” and Esther/Abraham Hicks, who wrote several books on the subject, have some very clear concepts on the importance of emotions which have made an impact on how we view the importance of emotions.

Everything vibrates. Your emotions are your guidance system indicating where you are vibrating at any given time. Picture a number scale with zero in the middle and all the positive numbers on one side and all the negative numbers on the other side. If you are at zero towards the positive side, the emotion would be hope, and if you are at zero on the negative side, the emotion would be apathy, not to be confused with depression, which is at the far end of the negative scale. Once you have the basic concept of the scale, it is easy to put any emotion on the scale. For example, Sadness would be on the negative side and happiness on the positive side.

← Back To Chapters

What would be the significance of having an emotional scale? Again, if you understand that emotions are your guidance system you would be able to use them to course correct when you are headed in a negative direction. Esther Hicks uses an analogy of the rumble strips on the side of the highway. When you start to hear the rumble of your tires hitting those little bumps you know that if you continue in that trajectory you will end up in the ditch. So, what do you do? You course correct by turning the wheel and get back on the road to where you want to be. Emotions work just like that. When you feel your emotions hitting some bumps it is telling you that if you continue in that trajectory you will end up in a negative ditch. So, what should you do? You should course correct by turning that frown upside down and get back on the road to where you want to be.

That may be easier said than done but with practice and techniques you can use your guidance system to create a happy healthy life. It can be as simple as thinking of something that makes you smile. You can reflect or remember a good time, tell a joke or mediate to relax. Breathe…. Breathe…… Breathe. Taking a nice deep breath will trigger a biological relaxation response. If you take that breath and think of the things that make you smile, you have double the effects. When all else fails try to take a nap. Sleep is the ultimate relation technique. If you like music and headphones you can relax to tone/music frequencies that are in harmony with nature. Earth, thus nature, has an electromagnetic field that generates a resonance much like a pulse. The frequency of earth’s electromagnetic waves is very low, around 8Hz. 432hz and 528hz are in harmony with earth’s frequency and there are a ton of these tones with music on Youtube, and in our mediation spa.

If you can control where you vibrate you will create a happier healthier life and you don’t really need to know how it works. Much like you don’t really need to understand gravity for it to keep you from floating off into space. However, when you learn about it and discover how it works you can do amazing things, like fly. This will take us to the next section on The Universal Law of Attraction.

Universal Laws

There is disagreement on what is actually a Universal Law. The truth is, everything is just theory because all theories are subject to new science disproving them. The science that makes up the "laws" of the universe include laws of physics and implies they will be changing as progressing science and social acceptability come into play. As a result, we can say these are the universal laws as far as our limited science knowledge and consciousness awareness can take us. And, of course, these laws are interpreted slightly different depending on the researcher’s philosophical perspective and core beliefs.

Some claim there are 7 universal laws while some say 12 and some say 20 or more. I will briefly describe the top 20 Universal Laws. The first few “laws” are the building blocks while the others appear to be varied versions or aspects of previously stated laws. You will see the overlaps in the descriptions below.

Top 20 Universal Laws

The first 12 Universal laws I will go over seem to withstand the test of time and have not varied as much as others. Again, there is disagreement on this issue, but they have often been labeled immutable.

← Back To Chapters

1: The Law of Divine Oneness – If you do not like to use the word Divine you can simply remove it and call it the Law of Oneness. Singularity and connectedness are other words you can use to label this law. Everything you see, think and feel is connected to everything else in existence. This includes past, present and future as well as seen and unseen. Everything is inter-related, and everything affects everything else.

For those of you who are interested in how things are interconnected, we will explore that more later. Someone who does not want to get into the quantum mechanics of how this is possible may feel like it’s blind faith to believe all is one. It may seem too spiritual. If you study different religions, you will find this concept all over the place. Many scientists are finding it impossible to ignore the overlap of science and spiritual teachings. However, it makes sense if you think about it; Science and spiritual exploration have the same goals: to figure out who we are, how we work, why we are here, how are we here and if there is purpose.

← Back To Chapters

2: The Law of Vibration –Everything is energy and vibrates. Nikola Tesla is quoted as saying "If you wish to understand the universe think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration." This law applies equally to one's thoughts, feelings, desires, imagination and etheric world experiences as it does to the physical world. Everything has its own vibrational frequency. Everything having its own vibrational frequency is what may lead to the illusion of separateness.

3: The Law of Correspondence- You may have heard the saying, "As within, so without." The laws of physics apply equally to one's thoughts, feelings, desires, imagination and etheric world experiences as it does to the physical world. It has also been said that our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. What one is feeling and thinking, therefore how one is vibrating on the inside, affects what manifests in the physical world.

4: The Law of Cause and Effect- There is a cause for every effect. This means that there is no such thing as coincidence. Nothing happens by chance and nothing happens outside the universal laws. A scientist may take comfort in this law because it means there is a scientific explanation for everything that happens. This law would also have to follow the law of correspondence, which would mean that not only what you do has an effect, but what you think, and feel are equally as effective.

← Back To Chapters

We often have cause and effect backwards. We think our circumstances cause the effect of what we think as well as our emotional state. However, it is the other way around. What we think and our emotional state cause our circumstances.

5: The Law of Compensation- Napoleon Hill describes Ralph Waldo Emerson's essay on compensation by saying, "You are where you are and what you are because of your established habits and thoughts and deeds." The old school way of looking at the law of compensation focuses on being rewarded for good thoughts and deeds. I believe that while it withstands the test of time, in its truest form this law is merely the law of attraction restated.

6: The Law of attraction: Like vibrations attract like vibrations. Whatever is vibrating at like frequencies will be drawn to each other. This law applies equally to one’s thoughts, feelings, desires, imagination and etheric world experiences as it does to the physical world. Everything has its own vibrational frequency. You are where you are and what you are because of your established habits and thoughts and deeds, because those are the things that generate your vibration. Since everything is vibrating, including you, you are constantly attracting things to you. This law equally includes things you do not desire, as well as what you would deem a reward, or do desire.

...continued on page 23

← Back To Chapters

It could also explain the theories behind karma. However, rather than being worried that a bad deed must be punished, it establishes that anything can turn around if you are aware of what you are attracting based on how you are vibrating. It also explains the old saying, "what comes around goes around." When our inner world is reflecting what our outer world brings then it is in one's best interest to have a vibrational frequency of wellbeing. In this sense, the true definition of selfish would be a positive thing. To be truly selfish one would become self-aware of what one is attracting, thus self-preserving. Since everything is connected, whatever you attract to yourself effects the whole.

7: The Law of Perpetual Transmutation: Energy is transmutable. It is perpetually changing or altering in form, especially to a higher form. Everything is energy. Energy is always in motion and has the potential to appear in physical form. Higher vibrations consume and transform lower vibrations. We can learn to harness this energy through our focus and attention. Thus, everything is always changing, and our thoughts and feelings can affect change in the physical.

8: The Law of Relativity: Everything is relative to one's perspective. Everything is inherently neutral. There is no good or bad or up or down until a person assigns a value and pinpoints a position or perspective.

← Back To Chapters

For example: Paying $200 for a cookie could be perceived as very expensive, while, paying $200 for a house could be perceived as extremely inexpensive. It's the same $200 but the value we assigned to the items purchased makes it relative. This law applies equally to one’s thoughts, feelings, desires, imagination and etheric world experiences as it does to the physical world. Another example: A person can feel as if their life is rough and their misery justified when comparing themselves to someone they perceive to be richer, happier, luckier, smarter, or whatever it may be. However, the tables can turn when they compare themselves to someone who is, in their perception, way worse off than they see themselves. They may then feel happy and fortunate. It’s all relative.

9: Law of Polarity: Everything has an equivalent opposite. Yin/Yang. The very existence of up is dependent on the existence of down. You cannot go right unless there is a left. Without polarity, life could not be fully experienced. One could not perceive happiness if there were no concept of unhappiness. Opposites may seem to be very different because they are on opposite ends of the pole. However, they are still on the same pole, therefore they are the same, making way for non-judgment and total equality. For every problem you may perceive, there is a solution.

...continued on page 25

← Back To Chapters

10: The Law of Rhythm: Everything ebbs and flows. Everything that vibrates, which is everything, does so in certain rhythms. Thus, our world's patterns. Our seasons, tides, stages of development, and cycles are established from the Law of Rhythm. Nothing is random, there is a pattern and purpose to everything.

11: The Law of Action: Every action will have a related reaction. Therefore, it is important to be aware of your energetic vibration and what direction you are headed. As stated in the Law of Attraction, your vibrational state will lead you in the direction you are already heading towards. If you are looking at things negatively and you act from an impulse the reactions will support the negative energy and produce a negative result. It works the same if you are in a positive vibrational state, regardless of circumstances. If act from a positive vibrational state, the results will be of a positive nature.

12: Law of Gender: Everything is both masculine and feminine in nature. This is another way nature illustrates yin and yang. The key, as with everything, is to find a balance. When both masculine and feminine work in balance and harmony, then balance and harmony manifest in one’s life.

← Back To Chapters

13: The Law of Harmony: Harmony is the purest potential of balance. Everything is energy and energy is constantly changing. Thus, everything is in flux. This law states that anything, which is everything, that is in flux will eventually lead to a balanced equilibrium. Knowing this law creates a trust in the universe, that it will always come to a balanced harmony. Therefore, everything is as it should be.

14: The Law of Belief: Our beliefs are the building blocks of our existence. Our perspectives, experiences and learned habits create our thoughts, which then create our vibration. Since our vibrations determine what the universe brings to us, we can conclude that our beliefs create our world.

15: The Law of Magnetism: Unlike poles attract each other while like poles repel each other.

Or do they???

Research in Ethereal Mechanics has found that when currents are going in the same direction they attract and when the currents are going in opposite directions, they repel. This new research does not support the magnetic mono poles and their lines of force that traditional theory utilizes.

...continued on page 27

← Back To Chapters

The fun thing about science is that it is always changing, and it is the great minds who challenge accepted, or mainstream science so we can branch out into the unknown and piece together what we know about our ever-changing world.

16: The Law of Infinite Potential: Every possibility has the potential for existence. Thus, potential is infinite. This law applies equally to one’s thoughts, feelings, desires, imagination and etheric world experiences as it does to the physical world. The field of infinite pure potential is said to be a matrix of pure consciousness.

17: The law of Observation: The act of observation changes the behavior of matter. The behavior of matter lives by the law of infinite potential and therefore has the quantum capability of being everywhere at once. An observer affects the wave like behavior of electrons by forcing them to behave like particles thus bringing them into a measurable state. We call this measurable state "reality."

18. The Law of free will: We are free to perceive and respond to any circumstance with infinite potential. Your state of being is a choice. As stated in the law of cause and effect, when you decide your state of being by looking at your circumstance you have it backwards. Your state of being will create your circumstance. It becomes a vicious cycle and creates confusion when you want to change your circumstances but refuse to change your state of mind.

← Back To Chapters

19. The law of abundance: There is no lack, only abundance. Creation is infinite therefore everything exists. The infinite does not know time. If something is not in your space at this time, it still exists, and you have access to it. You have access to limitless abundance.

20. The Law of Conscious Detachment: Attachment to an outcome will affect the outcome. Attachment brings with it a fear of lack, through loss. The negative emotion that comes with lack will attract the opposite of what you are intending. A detached state takes an understanding of infinite abundance and infinite potential as well as a trust in the natural state of well-being.

Detoxification

We depend on our environment for healthy cells, which translates into healthy bodies. Your body naturally detoxifies every day. Detoxification starts with the skin and lungs. It includes the digestive tract as well as the lymphatic system, liver and kidneys. Some people focus on detoxification to lose weight. However, while weight loss is usually a great side benefit, the real focus is to improve the body’s metabolic function. If you eat healthy your body will naturally detoxify and you will maintain a healthy weight. Unfortunately, our modern-day habits of eating poorly along with polluted environments give our natural detoxification system a harder time. It can’t keep up. Artificial chemicals, such as food dyes, preservatives and pesticides are just a few things we unknowingly put in our bodies. Polluted waters, tainted with chemicals, such as lead and arsenic, are just one of the many things in our environment that we can’t see and have less control over. While we try to avoid BPA in plastics and after we have switched out our Mercury laced dental fillings, what else can we do?

The most important thing you can do every day is to add detoxifying foods to your diet. It’s easy to advise people to buy organic and tell them not to eat processed foods, which is a good idea, but life gets in the way.

← Back To Chapters

We can’t always buy organic and processed foods are all over the place, so they can’t be totally avoided. Balance is the key in every aspect of life. Balance your diet by adding detoxifying foods to your menu.

Detoxifying foods are:

1) Water, water, water, water, water … drink more water!!!!

2) Leafy greens such as broccoli, cabbage, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, bok choy, spinach and dandelion greens

3) Lemons/lemon water

4) Avocados

5) Green tea

6) Apples

7) Garlic

8) Ginger

...continued on page 31

← Back To Chapters

9) Beets

10) Carrots

11) Cilantro

12) Pineapple

13) Did I mention WATER? DRINK MORE WATER!!!

If you add more of the above foods to your diet you are giving your natural detoxification system a helping hand. If you feel you need a bigger boost you can eliminate the following foods for at least 21 days.

1) Sugar

2) Wheat/Gluten

3) Soy

4) Dairy

5) Corn

6) Peanuts

← Back To Chapters

7) Eggs

8) Red meat or all meat

After 21 days you can add them back one at a time and see how you feel. You may have a sensitivity you never realized. The more you can avoid these foods the better. However, just being aware of reducing these foods will be extremely beneficial to your natural detoxification system.

Detoxifying your body needs to be more than an occasional detox diet. When you can make it part of your daily routine to support your natural detoxification system you lay a strong foundation for health and well-being.

Supplements are essential to a healthy diet these days. You should always consult your doctor before taking supplements. However, most people benefit from the following supplements:

1) Multivitamins – Most multivitamins usually include B12, B6, C, D3, Zinc, Potassium, and Calcium

2) Omega 3 - fish oil

3) Probiotic/Prebiotics

...continued on page 33

← Back To Chapters

4) Magnesium

5) Turmeric

6) Chlorella

Now that you are eating a more balanced diet and taking supplements to give that extra boost, what’s next? Now it’s time to get up and move. A little can go a long way. Remember the goal is to support your natural detoxification system. Find time to incorporate light exercise into your everyday life. If you can find 20 – 30 minutes a day you will start noticing a difference. You can break it up into three 10-minute cycles. Get creative. It doesn’t have to be a cumbersome trip to the gym. Walk around your neighborhood or up and down your stairs. Use your children’s play time to have them join you in something that gets you all moving. Make it fun. The following are some of the benefits to being on the move:

1) Gets metabolic rate up

2) Increases blood flow

3) Delivers more oxygen throughout the body

4) Releases endorphins (the body’s natural “feel good” chemical)

← Back To Chapters

5) Makes muscles stronger (including the heart)

6) Generates a higher endurance level

7) Helps produce healthier sleep patterns

8) Relieves stress

9) Burns calories

10) Promotes weight loss

11) Produces more Mitochondria (the body’s natural energy producers)

12) Improves mood

13) Improves focus

14) Improves sex drive

One of the most overlooked aspects of a detoxification is negative thoughts and negative talk. I challenge you to go on a “negative talk detox.” If you catch yourself, or a friend, saying something negative then you must stop the negative talk and say three positive things about that subject. For example:

Negative talk-

I hate my car because it broke down again.

Negative talk detox-

1) It has served me well for 10 years

2) I remember when I first bought it, I was so happy

3) It will be fun looking for a new car

A great way to clear negative thoughts is to meditate. Meditation has been around for centuries and there are many benefits. Meditation has been known to increase electrical activity in the frontal lobes. Studies, such as one led by Harvard’s Dr. Sara Lazar and another led by Dr. Andrew Newberg, have correlated higher electrical activity in the frontal lobes with more optimistic people because of the relation between the limbic system and the frontal lobes. The limbic system is responsible for producing emotion and is involved in feelings of pleasure. Some benefits of meditation are improved mental clarity, focus, and cognitive functions. An overall feeling of greater happiness is generated by a higher production of endorphins, melatonin, serotonin and dopamine.

Master Cleanse Meditation

Introduction

The Master Cleanse Meditation is based on scientific research on biology, brain waves, and states of consciousness in conjunction with love frequencies and binaural beat technology, creative visualizations and color therapy to give its participants the most divine meditation experience possible.

There are 12 cranial nerves in the body. The vagus nerve is the tenth, and longest nerve. It runs from the brain stem and passes through the neck and thorax, which includes the cavity enclosed by the ribs, breastbone, the dorsal vertebrae. It continues through the chest, which encompasses main organs of circulation and respiration, and continues towards the colon.

Some cranial nerves send sensory information while others control motor function. The Vagus nerve has both functions. It interfaces with the parasympathetic control of the heart, lungs and digestive tract. A healthy vagus nerve is essential to controlling our stress levels and maintaining control of our stress level is essential to life. 75% to 90% of all doctor’s office visits are for stress related ailments and complaints. When your vagal tone is low your vagus nerve is unable to perform its numerous functions. It’s functions are:

← Back To Chapters
  • Controlling anxiety and mood
  • Increasing digestive enzyme production
  • Regulating heart rate and blood pressure
  • Controlling blood sugar balance
  • Detoxification through the liver
  • Breakdown of fats
  • Waste elimination
  • Reduces overall inflammation
  • Controls fertility/sexual pleasure
  • Regulates salivary and lacrimal gland control
  • – just to name a few.

Because of its length the vagus nerve runs through five of the seven energy centers of the body, commonly referred to as chakras. The seven chakras are as follows:

1. Root chakra – The root chakra is located near your tailbone at the base of your spine. It is associated with safety, being grounded and the color red.

...continued on page 39

Even though the vagus nerve does not flow through the last two chakras, the residual effects of harmonious frequencies running through the nerve itself activate and help balance these two energy centers as well. Creating harmonious frequencies in the vagus nerve can best be accomplished through meditation. It is well known in the scientific world that meditation has great physical, emotional and even spiritual benefits. The following are just a handful of the many benefits:

  • Decreases overall stress
  • Decreases anxiety/fear
  • Enhances mood/self-acceptance
  • Improves mental and physical strength and resilience
  • Enhances mental/emotional strength, focus and intelligence
  • Strengthens immune system
  • Increases energy levels
  • Regulates blood pressure
  • Increases life span
  • Decreases inflammation

If you look at this list and compare it to the list of the major functions of the vagus nerve you will see how a meditation with a focus on the vagus nerve can greatly benefit your overall health and wellbeing.

In a general sense mediation has a focus on breathing and emphasizes the absence of thought. Meditation can also utilize the power of visualization and imagination. There is a great deal of scientific evidence illustrating the power of visualization. It is becoming a popular belief that with creative visualization, when you are able to visualize a desired out come and feel a connection to harmonious frequencies, you can create and promote your own health, happiness, and wellbeing.

The Master Cleanse meditation activates the vagus nerve and facilitates creative visualization. It also incorporates color therapy with creative visualizations to enhance the power of the energy centers and optimize the benefits.

Chromotherapy
Color Therapy

Through the study of quantum physics, it has been long accepted and understood that everything has a vibrational frequency. When we get into vibrational harmony, we can create healing and maintain wellbeing. Color is not just visible light, it is electromagnetic energy. Each color vibrates at different a frequency and each create a unique wavelength or vibrational harmony. Thus, they each have different healing properties. The electrical and magnetic energy that colors generate activate biochemical processes in the body. They can help balance the body’s multiple systems and can enhance the elimination of cellular toxins.

Harmonizing Frequencies

Last, but not least, the Master Cleanse Meditation is based on scientific research on harmonizing frequencies. The Society for Scientific Exploration (SSE) studied the EEG patterns (test of cerebral function) of subjects when working with energy healers.

Frequencies such as 528 and 432 were monitored on how they resonate with the frequency of 8 Hz and are considered a part of the natural series of ascending overtones or harmonics that are found in nature. They are not a manmade, but rather have been around since the beginning of existence. The studies gave concluding evidence that these frequencies show healing qualities.

Dr. Leonard Horowitz proclaims that 528 Hz is the sound or musical mathematical matrix of creation. It is said to resonate with the heart of all things, therefore it is often called the love frequency. It has also been called the circle note of the Solfeggio musical scale. Dr. Gregg Braden’s research supports that these core creative frequencies were used by ancient priests, who were said to be healers, in advanced civilizations. Other scientists report that 528Hz is fundamental to the ancient Pi, Phi and the Golden Mean, which is the key to finding balance and harmony. It is associated with DNA repair and can create changes by activating Natural Laws that we are just beginning to discover and understanding.

As stated above, 432 Hz resonates with the frequency of 8Hz, which harmonizes with nature and has been said to be Earth’s heartbeat. This frequency is at the top end of the Theta brain wave range, which makes us feel extremely relaxed.

When listening to these frequencies at concentrated levels, such as when two different pure tones are presented to the listener one through each ear (binaural beats), it retrains the brain to induce a state of harmony and peace. The more time we spend attuned to the natural electromagnetic pulses of the earth with frequencies such as 528 and 432, the more relaxed, focused, connected and happy we feel.
